General sales conditions
Please note that we will meet your order within the limits of available paintings. If a painting is not available, we will inform you by e-mail and ask you to cancel or modify your order.
Prices
The prices shown in Euros are inclusive of all taxes and exclude delivery and administrative costs. If several paintings are being purchased, it is possible to apply a rebate to the total price of the order. In this event please contact the artist to establish the final price.
Shipment of paintings
The artist bears the cost and the responsibility for wrapping the paintings and packing them in cases.
For mainland France : by professional transport company.
For other countries : by DHL or Federal Express.
In all cases, please contact the artist to establish any shipping costs which may be added to the initial price.
Payment
Payment is due with the order, either by banker's card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) or by check.

Delivery
Unless otherwise requested, delivery will be made to the address shown on your order. We do our best to deliver within a maximum of two weeks from receipt of your payment. But this is only a guide and may be changed at your convenience.
If damage which has occurred during shipment is ascertained on delivery, the person receiving the order must make the necessary reservations on the delivery documents and make contact with the artist, who will take the appropriate steps with the transport company and his insurer.
